We have a comprehensive training program where you'll shadow experienced faculty, attend pedagogy workshops, and gradually take on teaching responsibilities. Many of our senior faculty started as freshers and grew with us.

What is the typical career growth path at Vidyatirth?

We have clear growth trajectories: Faculty Track: Junior Faculty → Faculty → Senior Faculty → Subject Head → Academic Director. Administrative Track: Executive → Senior Executive → Manager → Center Head. Promotions happen annually based on performance reviews, student results, and feedback. We also encourage lateral movements if you want to explore different roles.

Do you provide accommodation for outstation candidates?

For selected faculty relocating from outside Neral/Karjat area, we provide assistance in finding suitable accommodation nearby. In some cases, we offer shared accommodation facilities or housing allowances depending on the role and experience level. This is discussed during the offer stage.

What are the working hours and schedule?

Teaching faculty typically work 6-8 hours daily depending on batch assignments, with weekends being busiest (Saturday-Sunday intensive batches). Weekdays may have evening batches. Administrative roles are usually 9-hour shifts. We ensure compliance with labor laws and provide weekly offs and festival holidays. Part-time and flexible arrangements are available for specific roles.

For teaching demos, choose a fundamental topic from your subject (e.g., Quadratic Equations in Math, Newton's Laws in Physics, Periodic Table in Chemistry).
